Chris started in stainless steel in 1984 assisting with the design and manufacture of New Zealand’s first micro brewery, the highly successful Mac’s Breweries located in Nelson, New Zealand, recently purchased by Lion Breweries as their boutique brand. Since this he has designed and commissioned several microbrewery projects throughout the Asia Pacific region including New Zealand, Fiji and Samoa.

Chris has operated successfully in his area of expertise and is a true craftsman. However the continued growth of his business has resulted in having to outsource some components of the plant production, which enable him to oversee the overall project and ensure quality is maintained and time lines are met. This has allowed him to take advantage of greater workshop space and resources and provides greater access to materials and human resources to undertake and complete each project.
